Ingredients for 4 people:
Remove the crust slices of gingerbread, cut the slices into small squares. Peel the mango, cut into pieces slightly smaller than the pieces of gingerbread.
Brown the pieces of mango in butter in a skillet.
Once browned, add the honey and sugar, let caramelize 2 minutes.
Place a piece of mango on each square of gingerbread, cool. Cut the foie gras into small cubes, place them on mangoes.
Serve not too cold (you can lightly powdering the bites of curry just before serving).
