Ingredients (for 2 people):
- 6 duck breast
- Olive oil
- Salt flower, nature, Taf, 90g
- 50 g of honey rosewood T'Telo
- White Pepper, Vanilla 100% Natural (available on this site)
- 5 cl balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 flavors
- Fresh ginger (1 cm)
- 1 organic orange
- Fresh coriander
Preparation of recipes:
Sauté a few minutes in olive oil in a hot pan or wok the duck breast.
In the same pan, put the honey, vinegar, soy sauce, spices, ginger and orange zest taken at zester. Bring to a boil and reduce.
When the sauce becomes syrupy, salt and pepper the duck, add them to the pan and baste continually sauce for a few minutes.
Serve with Malagasy makalioka rice. Garnish with orange peel and coriander leaves.
